Marcin Dzidowski graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University, has 12 years of experience gained in law offices in Warsaw specializing in companies' services, in particular in the companies of energy industry.

In his professional career he deals with the preparation and negotiation of contracts, in particular in fields of the investment and building processes and IT, services of transactions connected with creation and restructuring of capital companies, including conducting transformation processes and take-over of companies (he was the Director of the Legal Area of consolidation of capital group PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA in the field of renewable energetics).

As a legal advisor he has conducted legal audits of capital companies, has taken part in negotiation and preparation of contracts connected with privatization, and negotiation of social agreements. He also provided legal services both for ordering parties and contractors in the scope of law of public procurements.

Łukasz Kowalczyk has 10+ years of experience gained in major Polish financial institutions and then in his own legal practice.

He specialises in banking law (both in the scope of retail banking and consumer protection as well as investment banking, in particular financial activities, financing investment projects and securitization of claims), law of new technologies, personal data protection, consumer law, and compliance.

Łukasz Kowalczyk advised banks and other financial institutions operating in Poland in the scope of investment and transaction activities, in particular in the scope of designing and providing legal support for investment, deposit and credit products. He was also responsible for MIFID Directive implementation within the banking operations and for legal support in vindication and securitization projects.

He advised clients on regulatory issues such as outsourcing, personal data protection, principles of payment services provision, consumer credit and cross-selling in capital groups. Łukasz Kowalczyk was a managing lawyer of Litigation Team in one of the biggest Polish banks.

Łukasz Kowalczyk is a graduate with distinction of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University (2000). He also completed a course in English and European law at the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies in Warsaw co-organised by the University of Cambridge and a course in American Center for the Legal Studies at Warsaw University co-organised by University of Florida. Łukasz Kowalczyk also completed postgraduate studies in Capital Markets organised by Warsaw University.

Szymon Muster

Szymon Muster has 10+ years of experience gained in reputable Warsaw law firm advising foreign investors (real estate funds, financial institutions) operating in Poland.

He specialises in real estate law, corporate law, tax law, contract law and financial law.

Szymon Muster advised in a number of transaction on acquisition of office buildings and shopping centres for largest German real estate funds, other real estate projects for Swiss and English institutional investors and foreign private equity, several M&A projects in real estate, warehousing and construction sectors. He is also currently advising in asset management for one of the biggest Austrian real estate investors in Poland in leasing activity and real estate matters.

He also advises in tax structures and optimisation, leading legal negotiations in real estate lease agreements as well as IT agreements.

Szymon Muster is responsible for the legal support of the one of the most dynamic Polish IT integrator what includes full scope of advisory from negotiation of large IT framework agreement to day-to-day support.

He was also involved in establishing of the first Japanese origin bank in Poland and preparation of banking products for that bank (depositary&investement products, loan products) as well as for drafting of consumer credit documentation for other financial institutions.

Natalia Dzidowska

Natalia Dzidowska graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University, with 10 years of experience gained in well-known law offices in Warsaw.

In her professional career she has dealt particularly with labor law and business law, including issues connected with the operation of commercial law companies, among others providing services in the scope of processes of transformation and merging of companies (including companies in energy industry), conducting legal audits of capital companies and providing ongoing services for companies (including stock-listed companies). She also has experience in cooperative law, providing legal services for various cooperatives, including housing cooperatives.

Moreover, she has provided legal services for pension funds, has practiced within the scope of administrative law providing legal services for public administration bodies.

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar.

Paweł Michewicz

Paweł Michewicz is a legal adviser and a graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University.

Paweł Michewicz provides comprehensive legal services in the scope of public procurement law. Bartłomiej Pięta

Bartłomiej Pięta graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University and is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar. He specializes in civil law, commercial law as well as law of bankruptcy and rehabilitation.

Andrzej Dzidowski

Andrzej Dzidowski graduated from the Faculty of Law at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and is entered into the list of trainees kept by the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Krzysztof Śledziński
