Marcin Dzidowski graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University, has 12 years of experience gained in law offices in Warsaw specializing in companies' services, in particular in the companies of energy industry.
In his professional career he deals with the preparation and negotiation of contracts, in particular in fields of the investment and building processes and IT, services of transactions connected with creation and restructuring of capital companies, including conducting transformation processes and take-over of companies (he was the Director of the Legal Area of consolidation of capital group PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA in the field of renewable energetics).
As a legal advisor he has conducted legal audits of capital companies, has taken part in negotiation and preparation of contracts connected with privatization, and negotiation of social agreements. Łukasz Kowalczyk has 10+ years of experience gained in major Polish financial institutions and then in his own legal practice.
He specialises in banking law (both in the scope of retail banking and consumer protection as well as investment banking, in particular financial activities, financing investment projects and securitization of claims), law of new technologies, personal data protection, consumer law, and compliance.
Łukasz Kowalczyk advised banks and other financial institutions operating in Poland in the scope of investment and transaction activities, in particular in the scope of designing and providing legal support for investment, deposit and credit products. Szymon Muster has 10+ years of experience gained in reputable Warsaw law firm advising foreign investors (real estate funds, financial institutions) operating in Poland.
He specialises in real estate law, corporate law, tax law, contract law and financial law.
Szymon Muster advised in a number of transaction on acquisition of office buildings and shopping centres for largest German real estate funds, other real estate projects for Swiss and English institutional investors and foreign private equity, several M&A projects in real estate, warehousing and construction sectors. He is also currently advising in asset management for one of the biggest Austrian real estate investors in Poland in leasing activity and real estate matters.
